  • Manage unified, consistent UX efforts across early-stage classified consumer products by identifying patterns, improving design quality, and creating reusable components across consumer products. Design and research customer journeys: discover, evaluate, buy, access, use, get support, leave, and re-engage.

  • Recommend and drive international product initiatives with product teams to support a range of user issues. Leverage a range of methodologies (Executed focus groups, lab-studies, international studies, heuristic evaluations, A/B test, field studies, consumer surveys, and Userzoom/Mechanical Turk)
